Built in 2006, Kirkland Central condominiums are located in the heart of downtown Kirkland. We are blessed to be ideally situated within walking distance of Lake Washington, quaint shops, fabulous eating places, art galleries, Peter Kirk Park, the Kirkland Library, the Kirkland Performing Arts Center and the newly established Heathman Hotel.
This website was created to provide a better source of communication for Kirkland Central residents. In it you will find Association documents, including minutes, declarations, by laws, rules and regulations, budgets, and general news and information.
